Abstract: In the modern business environment, employability extends beyond academic credentials and technical knowledge. Future managers are expected to possess a combination of soft skills, cognitive abilities, and digital competence to thrive in complex organizational ecosystems. This study explores the role of communication, critical thinking, and digital literacy in enhancing the employability of aspiring managers. Communication facilitates clear articulation of ideas, negotiation, and interpersonal collaboration. Critical thinking enables analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and informed decision-making, while digital literacy empowers managers to leverage technology for operational efficiency and innovation. Through a detailed literature review and conceptual analysis, this paper demonstrates the interconnection of these competencies and their cumulative impact on managerial effectiveness. The findings emphasize the need for higher education institutions, corporate training programs, and policymakers to design skill-development frameworks that integrate these competencies, thereby preparing future managers for dynamic and technology-driven work environments.
